Cancellation Policy
- A deposit of 1st night is required for the security of the reservation.
- For more than 10 nights stay deposit of 20% is required for the security of the reservation.
- The rest amount is paid upon arrival.
- You can cancel completely free of charge or change your reservation to other available dates up to 21 days before your arrival.
- If you cancel less than 21 days before your arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
- In case of cancellation during stay, guest should compensate the company with the 50% of the cost for the remaining period of stay.
- In case that the guest leaves and does not stay at the accommodation, it is considered a no-show and the deposit is not refunded.
